Company Introduction

Koller Group was founded by the Koller brothers in Oberburg, Bavaria, Germany in 1994. It is a supplier with leading technology in the lightweight field of automotive industry, enjoying an important position in some niche markets. Koller's international plants are located in Germany, Hungary, Mexico and China, with a total of 1200 employees worldwide.
Koller Group manufactures serial lightweight products using distinct technologies (Moulding and Pressing) and materials (PHC, Plastics, CFK, SMC, Hybrids), mainly supplying the automotive industry. Koller Group acts as a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 supplier, delivering its serial products mainly to European OEM´s. Those serial products are being manufactured at different locations in Europe, Mexico and China. Koller also acts as a lightweight development partner and system supplier for German and international OEM’s. Moreover, the Koller Group operates a tool shop and conducts business in plant engineering and construction for external customers, as well as for Koller Group companies.
Koller (Nanjing) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., as the first subsidiary in China, was registered and established in Luhe Development Zone, Nanjing in December 2017. It covers a total area of more than 120,000 m2, of which the investment of the first phase with an area of 50,000m2 is 280 million RMB, a production workshop and a lightweight R & D center included. The construction was completed in October 2019, and it was put into operation in the same time. It has the full capacity for the development and production of automotive interior, exterior and structure parts with different mtechnologies, such us injection moulding, compress moulding, etc. It also has complete tooling capability from design and construction with stae-of-the-art equipemt, including ZIMMERMANN 5-axial milling machine, GROB 5-axial milling machine, OPS-INGSOLL EDM, etc..
